Craft BBQ.
NO Shortcuts.

We don't cut corners on meat or flavor. Every plate that leaves our kitchen carries the weight of obsession and the mark of craft that refuses to settle.

Craft

At Baare BBQ, we believe great BBQ isn’t fast food.

Great BBQ is a craft, honed low and slow, the hard way. Every meat and every side is made with intention, balance, and the kind of flavor that makes the table go quiet for a second. We’re here to serve food that feels welcoming, tastes unforgettable, and keeps you coming back for more.

Story

About the Owner

Bret didn’t set out to reinvent barbecue—he set out to build something he believed in. In 2026, he founded Baare BBQ as a place rooted in craft, care, and obsessive attention to detail. A family man and a person of deep faith, Bret approaches his work with the same sense of responsibility and intention that defines his life outside the kitchen. Every element is considered, from clean smoke and patient fires to flavors that are balanced, thoughtful, and genuinely memorable.

At Baare, that same level of care extends beyond the plate into the experience itself—creating a space that feels welcoming, relaxed, and easy to enjoy. Bret is on site, in it every day, holding the line on a simple belief: barbecue isn’t fast food, it’s a craft, and it should be treated that way. The result is a place people don’t just visit once, but return to—because it’s not just a meal, it’s their BBQ spot.
